Dave Fritsch has taught Close Quarter Defensive (CQD) tactics to the US Military and a variety of local, county, and state law enforcement officials. He has developed Response Control Techniques (RCT) to healthcare and security professionals as well as first responders for over the past three decades. His Staff Response Training (SRT) is utilized in several healthcare facilities by healthcare professionals who have attended Iron Temple workshops. With over 40 years in the martial arts and 22 years as a member of law enforcement, David Fritsch continues to grow and adapt his theories and methods to the needs of society and his clients. His humanitarian approach to client safety and patient care, minimizes the use of force in exchange for a counterintuitive approach utilizing De-Escalation techniques.
